A 1953 autopsy specimen from a 56 year old man, who was sitting in a chair at home, just after returning from his day's work as an insurance clerk, when he suddenly collapsed, falling forward to the ground, dead. He had been complaining of being short of breath at his job for some eighteen months and had had chest pain which had been diagnosed as angina.
